Job Description

Job Requirements
- 3+ years with prior experience as a Maitre d', lead host, or front-of-house supervisor is preferred
- Prior wine (WSET) or beverage certifications (Cicerone) are a plus
- Knowledge of retail/restaurant/hospitality training trends and best practices is required

- Availability for timely communication with our guests
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, late nights, and holiday shifts in addition to full flexibility to accommodate peak dining hours and special events
- A track record of fostering genuine guest connections to increase sales volume
- Guest service excellence with a deep understanding of how to create exceptional customer experiences focused on building loyalty and satisfaction
- Problem-solving and decision-making with strong critical thinking and quick decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Communication skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management
Job Duties
- Own the vibe of the entire restaurant operations to create an environment that will foster personal connections with our guests and exceed their expectations
- Responsible for maintaining the energy by setting the tone to deliver best-in-class hospitality
- Exceeds guest expectations by delivering an experience our guests did not know they wanted
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu to provide a standout dining experience for all guests you interact with during service
- Work closely with the restaurant management team to maximize guest satisfaction, including proactive communicating guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in real time
- Participates and leads meetings tailored around best practices for hospitality
- Performs other related duties as assigned
