Job Requirements

  • 3+ years with prior experience as a Maitre d', lead host, or front-of-house supervisor is preferred
  • prior wine (WSET) or beverage certifications (Cicerone) are a plus
  • knowledge of retail/restaurant/hospitality training trends and best practices is required

  • availability for timely communication with our guests
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, late nights, and holiday shifts in addition to full flexibility to accommodate peak dining hours and special events
  • a track record of fostering genuine guest connections to increase sales volume

Job Duties

  • own the vibe of the entire restaurant operations to create an environment that will foster personal connections with our guests and exceed their expectations
  • responsible for maintaining the energy by setting the tone to deliver best-in-class hospitality
  • exceeds guest expectations by delivering an experience our guests did not know they wanted
  • maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu to provide a standout dining experience for all guests you interact with during service
  • work closely with the restaurant management team to maximize guest satisfaction, including proactive communicating guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in real time
  • participates and leads meetings tailored around best practices for hospitality
  • performs other related duties as assigned
