Job Requirements
- 3+ years with prior experience as a maitre d, lead host, or front-of-house supervisor is preferred
- prior wine (WSET) or beverage certifications (Cicerone) are a plus
- knowledge of retail/restaurant/hospitality training trends and best practices is required

Job Duties
- own the vibe of the entire restaurant operations to create an environment that will foster personal connections with our guests and exceed their expectations
- responsible for maintaining the energy by setting the tone to deliver best-in-class hospitality
- exceeds guest expectations by delivering an experience our guests did not know they wanted
- maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu to provide a standout dining experience for all guests you interact with during service
- work closely with the restaurant management team to maximize guest satisfaction, including proactive communicating guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in real time
- participates and leads meetings tailored around best practices for hospitality
- performs other related duties as assigned
