Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods

  • previous hospitality experience required
  • prior Maitre D' or front-of-house leadership experience preferred
  • experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and manage check-ins for reservations and walk-ins
  • organize and oversee the reservation book to maximize seating efficiency
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area and venue
  • assist with incoming calls and guest inquiries
  • strategically seat guests to balance service and enhance the guest experience
  • support the dining room team with initial table setup and guest accommodations
  • prepare and organize menus, ensuring all materials are updated and available
  • follow all opening, closing, and sanitation procedures
  • communicate effectively with management, kitchen, and service staff to ensure seamless operations
  • lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and teamwork
