Job Duties
- Work closely with Administrator and Director of Operations to evaluate and find solutions to routine maintenance needs
- Provide maintenance information to Administrator and Director of Operations through reports
- Maintain routine maintenance needs of facility and residents
- Assist with fire and life safety training and drills
- Be familiar with life safety and operational systems
- Respond to maintenance requests via reports and log system
- Ensure 24-hour repair response time for daily requests
- Perform minor repairs
- Maintain mechanically sound, safe, and well-kept facility interiors
- Oversee grounds, building exterior, signage maintenance year-round
