Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum 1 year cash handling experience in a high volume environment
- ability to handle high volume and stress situations
- basic math skills with knowledge of currency
- excellent guest service communication skills
- proficiency in Excel and/or Google Docs
- computer and typing skills
- bilingual a plus
- able to frequently speak, read, write, stand, walk, bend and stoop
- able to push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations

Job Duties
- manage funds and process financial transactions including currency exchanges and check cashing
- ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies
- enter markers, fills, and credit slips accurately into computer systems
- issue receipts for markers, payouts, and other transactions
- exchange chips, cash checks, and process markers
- oversee cash intake and verification in count room areas
- prepare and balance NRT machines and replenish with currency and tickets
- audit fill traffic documentation
- manage guest credit information
- maintain bank balance and safeguard cage assets
- process deposits
- assist with training other cage personnel
- address guest inquiries and provide promotional advice
- handle other duties as assigned to ensure efficient casino operations
