Job Requirements
- Medical Assistant course completion required
- High school diploma or GED
- Medical Assistant certification
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word
- Ability to type 40+ WPM
- Experience in payment collection and insurance verification
- Ability to work in fast-paced clinic environment
- Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and push 100 lbs on wheels
- Frequent standing, bending, and reaching
- Willingness to work with potential exposure to infectious diseases
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Medical Assistant certification required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word

- Experience with payment collection and insurance verification
- Bilingual (Spanish, Punjabi, or Hmong) preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Greet patients, manage incoming calls, and schedule appointments
- Complete patient registration and update electronic health records (EHR)
- Verify insurance coverage, co-pays, and patient eligibility
- Collect and post payments
- reconcile daily cash transactions
- Maintain daily schedules and front desk inventory
- Support daily clinic operations and administrative needs
