Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to pass a background check
- Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work
- A willingness to learn
- Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds)
- Must have full-time access to an insured vehicle
- Driver’s license is required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to learn and follow detailed cleaning processes
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in cleaning or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training
Job Duties
- Clean client homes using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Conduct thorough cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Use cleaning equipment safely and maintain cleanliness supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
