Job Requirements

- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to maintain professionalism and a polished appearance
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge all M Club guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism
- provide personalized assistance including local information, dining recommendations, and hotel amenity details consistent with concierge-level service
- maintain a strong presence in the lounge to anticipate guest needs, offer support, and ensure a seamless guest experience
- resolve guest issues promptly or appropriately escalate to leadership as needed
- uphold all Marriott service standards and M Club brand expectations
- set up, monitor, and maintain breakfast, evening hors d'oeuvres, snacks, and beverage offerings following health, safety, and brand guidelines
- ensure food displays remain fresh, stocked, and visually appealing throughout service periods
- assist with basic food preparation, replenishment, and safe handling procedures
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food service areas, tables, and equipment
- maintain the overall cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere of the M Club Lounge at all times
- reset seating areas, clear tables, and ensure the lounge remains guest-ready
- monitor access to the M Club, ensuring only eligible guests enter per brand standards
- report maintenance needs, supply shortages, or equipment concerns promptly
- maintain knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy program tiers, benefits, and M Club access policies
- support inventory control by tracking usage and communicating supply needs
- assist with special events or VIP activations in the lounge as assigned
- complete opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently
- maintain a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance
- conduct self to reflect the high standards of professionalism within the Scarlett Hotel Group organization
- learn, understand, and refer to the Standard Operating Procedures
- follow safety and security procedures and rules
- assist Leadership Team members and/or managers when needed
- perform other duties as assigned
