Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized service
- manage reservations efficiently and maintain guest information
- facilitate wine tastings and educate guests on wine varieties and characteristics
- assist with event logistics including setup and coordination
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- maintain cleanliness and organization of tasting areas
- collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
