Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds independently
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to travel occasionally for training and support
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or concierge roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of local area amenities and resources
- Proficiency in scheduling and office management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area
- Ensure the comfort of guests while they wait
- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member
- Assist with service request call backs
- Maintain guest suite schedules and ensure cleanliness
- Manage and coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure clubhouse amenities are tour-ready prior to office opening
- Manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- Maintain logs for equipment rentals and community services
- Assist in scheduling and organizing resident activities
- Maintain detailed information on local businesses and concierge vendors
