Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a concierge or customer service role
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Experience as a Concierge with a focus on excellent customer service
resourceful and creative when solving problems quickly and effectively
organizing and managing multiple priorities comes naturally

Job Duties

Welcome and engage residents living in our Gallery Apartments as well as their families and guests
respond to all special requests for Gallery residents such as light shopping, running personal errands, retrieving mail, and securing reservations and/or event tickets
arrange and serve a continental breakfast, light snacks, and beverages to Gallery residents and their guests
promote programs and events that are taking place at the community
coordinate with all departments to confirm the care, maintenance, housekeeping and dining needs of the residents are met in a timely and efficient manner
