Job Duties

Maintain and clean bar and restaurant areas
Stock bar with necessary products including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes
Support front-line service and bar staff to ensure timely and quality service
Maintain adequate supplies of clean linens, glassware, silverware, dishes, and trays
Clean and organize counters, shelves, walls, furniture, and equipment in bar and food service areas
Fill beverage and ice dispensers and maintain ice levels throughout the shift
Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas using hand trucks or by hand
Put down and remove bar mats daily and clean them
Sweep or scrub floors
Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas
Carry and unload dishes and tableware to dish room
Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate with management or service staff as needed
