Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality, casino, or customer service roles preferred
  • ability to work 40 hours per week
  • valid Montana driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • reliable means of communication such as phone or cell phone
  • ability to handle administrative tasks including audits, payroll, inventory, and reporting
  • physically capable of maintaining lounge cleanliness and handling merchandise
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures consistently
  • strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary

  • knowledge of liquor laws and casino regulations

  • basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
  • ability to train and develop staff

Job Duties

  • be responsible for customer service and supervisory decisions consistent with casino operations standards
  • assist in planning, leadership, developing, organizing, and follow up in controllable expenses, sales increases, inside gross margin, proper security and control of corporate funds, shortage controls, promotional programs, and monitoring competitors
  • set the proper example for co-workers in professionalism, attitude, and teamwork
  • responsible for overall maintenance and cleanliness of lounge
  • hire employees, discipline when necessary, succession planning for promoting employees, and controlling unnecessary turnover
  • maintain a professional manner when dealing with customers, employees, vendors, and corporate staff
  • know and/or perform duties of the floor runner, bartender, bookkeeper, and assistant manager
  • grow location revenue by effective management including hiring, training, and maintaining staffing
  • ensure security of the location and company assets
  • troubleshoot, repair, and reset signs
  • supervise, train, and orient employees
  • redirect employees through career guidance, recognition, retraining, discipline, or termination recommendation
  • manage attendance, cash logs, and scheduling
  • prioritize, organize, delegate, and follow up on all tasks
  • perform administrative tasks including audits, bookkeeping, payroll, ordering, invoicing, and report writing
  • enter service forms and audit machines for accuracy
  • prepare and complete liquor orders and stock liquor store
  • submit paperwork to corporate office
  • enforce company policies and delegate duties
  • work 40 hours weekly and hold monthly team meetings
  • manage merchandising and inventory
  • monitor Real Rewards activity
  • maintain accurate pricing for promotions
  • coordinate casino promotions and staff participation
  • provide customer service including handling complaints
  • maintain and repair gaming and bar equipment
  • maintain a valid Montana driver's license
  • complete other assigned duties
