Job Duties
- be accountable for customer service during shifts
- make accounting decisions consistent with casino operations standards
- assist in planning and organizing office procedures and vendor invoicing
- set professional example for co-workers in customer service and operations
- train to perform manager duties including payroll, inventories, and scheduling
- handle phone calls and maintain office supply stock
- prioritize and organize follow-up on office tasks
- ensure security of casino assets and control of cash fund
- complete casino paperwork and payroll records accurately
- manage vendor controls and liquor store operations
- maintain accurate liquor pricing and prepare for audits
- prepare bank deposits and record sales and purchases
- fill in for manager as needed and work nights, weekends, and holidays
