Job Requirements

  • prior experience in a supervisory or management role
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to maintain professionalism and teamwork
  • excellent communication skills
  • capability to handle cash and security responsibilities
  • proficiency with office software and data entry
  • knowledge of state regulations related to liquor sales
  • ability to be contacted off-hours via phone or pager

Job Duties

  • be accountable for customer service during shifts
  • make accounting decisions consistent with casino operations standards
  • assist in planning and organizing office procedures and vendor invoicing
  • set professional example for co-workers in customer service and operations
  • train to perform manager duties including payroll, inventories, and scheduling
  • handle phone calls and maintain office supply stock
  • prioritize and organize follow-up on office tasks
  • ensure security of casino assets and control of cash fund
  • complete casino paperwork and payroll records accurately
  • manage vendor controls and liquor store operations
  • maintain accurate liquor pricing and prepare for audits
  • prepare bank deposits and record sales and purchases
  • fill in for manager as needed and work nights, weekends, and holidays
