Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or similar role preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and tow trailers
- Good physical condition to perform lot maintenance tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and dealership policies

- Experience and comfortable in towing a trailer and backing a trailer into tight spaces
Job Duties
- Keep the lot organized/clean and well-maintained
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly displayed and secured
- Assist with the preparation of new and used vehicles for delivery including washing/fueling and performing basic inspections
- Help with the intake and processing of new inventory
- Assist in tracking and documenting vehicle movements
- Provide a friendly and helpful presence on the lot and assist customers with basic inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed including proper handling of vehicles and adherence to dealership policies
- Make customer deliveries and tow a trailer safely
