Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Valid driver’s license and minimum of two years driving history
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and move tires up to 50 pounds
- Capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
- Ability to work up to 35 feet above ground level
- Ability to operate a forklift up to 8 hours per day
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with manifest, GPS, and navigation systems
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and forklift certification
- Able to follow traffic laws and safety protocols
- Willingness to work fluctuating day shifts Monday through Saturday
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, climbing, and balancing
- Must meet physical requirements of not exceeding 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of general work experience
- Valid driver’s license with minimum two years driving history
- Ability to maintain forklift certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move tires up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with GPS, navigation, and manifest systems
- Must be at least 19 years old
Job Duties
- Load and unload tires for warehouse storage and customer delivery
- Inspect and tally tires received and shipped
- Operate forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks safely
- Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections daily
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and mechanical condition
- Collect payments on cash on delivery transactions
- Participate in inventory control procedures including cycle counts and labeling
- Follow TireHub safety standards and operational policies
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Complete driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly
