Job Requirements
- At least one year of general work experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a minimum of two years of driving history with a valid driver’s license
- Must be 19 years old or older
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and/or move tires up to 50 pounds
- Capability to work up to 35 feet above ground level
- Ability to work up to eight hours per day on a forklift
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and follow traffic regulations
- Must maintain forklift certification
- Must maintain valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of general work experience
- Valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving history
- Must be 19 years old or older
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push, and/or move tires up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance
- Capability to frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Accuracy and efficiency in loading, unloading, and placing tires
- Ability to work up to 35 feet above ground level
- Ability to work up to eight hours per day on a forklift
- Ability to follow traffic rules and safely drive TireHub vehicles
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Manifest, GPS, and navigation systems
- Ability to maintain forklift certification and valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles
- Follows TireHub safety standards with respect to selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders and positions them using the bin locator system
- Operates equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Conducts and participates in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control procedures
- Collects payments from customers on cash on delivery transactions
- Ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical and physical condition
- Conducts pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and reports any operational issues
- Completes driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly
- Ensures compliance with TireHub policies and procedures
- Participates in ongoing training through in-class, in-person, or computer-based modules
- Completes other tasks assigned by supervisor or leadership members
