Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- must have a minimum of 2 years driving history with a valid driver’s license
- must be 19 years old or older
- physically able to lift, pull, push and/or move tires up to 50 lbs or greater with or without mechanical assistance
- able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, climb, and balance regularly
- able to meet vision requirements including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height for equipment compatibility
- willing to work extended day, evening, and weekend shifts including Saturdays
- able to safely drive in various weather and night conditions
- able to independently work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push and/or move tires up to 50 lbs with or without mechanical assistance
- capable of frequent bending, twisting and lifting
- able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ability to accurately and efficiently load, unload and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles
- ability to work up to 35 feet above ground level
- ability to work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift
- familiarity with Manifest, GPS and navigation systems
- must be able to maintain a forklift certification
- must be able to maintain a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Responsible for distribution of tasks including general warehousing, delivery services, vehicle maintenance
- loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles
- follows TireHub safety standards with respect to selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders
- operates equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- conducts and participates in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control procedures
- collects payments from customers on cash on delivery transactions
- ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical and physical condition
- conducts pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and reports operational issues
- completes necessary driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly
- ensures compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures
- participates in ongoing training through various learning modules
- completes other tasks assigned by supervisors
