Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- must have a valid driver’s license
- minimum of 2 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license excluding driver’s permit
- must be 19 years or older
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- ability to work on a forklift up to 8 hours per day
- ability to work up to 35 feet above ground level
- able to follow traffic rules and drive safely
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- must meet physical capacity limits of 400 pounds in weight and 6 feet 3 inches in height
- must be capable of passing safety and vehicle inspections
- able to maintain forklift certification
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- must have a valid driver’s license
- must have a minimum of 2 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license (excluding driver’s permit)
- must be 19 years old or older
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push and/or move tires up to 50 lbs with or without mechanical assistance
- capable of frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
- able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- accurate and efficient loading, unloading, and placement of tires
- ability to work up to 35 feet above ground level
- able to work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift
- familiarity with manifest, GPS, and navigation systems
- ability to maintain a forklift certification
- ability to maintain a valid driver’s license
- strong teamwork and independent working skills
Job Duties
- Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles
- follows TireHub safety standards in selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders
- operates forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks adhering to safety protocols
- conducts and participates in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling for inventory control
- collects payments from customers on Cash on Delivery transactions
- ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical/physical condition
- conducts pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and reports any operational issues
- completes driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly
- ensures compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures
- participates in ongoing training via in-class, in-person, or computer-based modules
- completes other assigned tasks from supervisors or leadership
