Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 2 years driving history
- Must be 19 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
- Ability to operate forklifts safely
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday with fluctuating day shifts
- Willingness to work extended day, evening, and weekend hours
- Ability to complete pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and mechanical condition
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 2 years driving history with a valid driver’s license
- Must be 19 years old or older
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push and/or move tires up to 50 lbs with or without mechanical assistance
- Capable of frequent bending, twisting and lifting
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately and efficiently load, unload and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles
- Able to work up to 35 feet above ground-level
- Able to work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift
- Familiarity with Manifest, GPS and Navigation systems
- Must maintain forklift certification and valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Responsible for distribution of tasks including general warehousing, delivery services, vehicle maintenance
- Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires to and from transport vehicles
- Follow TireHub safety standards with respect to selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet jacks ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Conduct and participate in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control
- Collect payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions
- Ensure vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical/physical condition
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections daily and report issues to supervisor
- Complete necessary driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly
- Ensure compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training through in-class, in-person, or computer-based modules
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors or leadership
