Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum two years of driving history excluding permits
- At least 19 years old
- Physical ability to lift, pull, push, and move tires weighing up to 50 pounds or more
- Ability to bend, twist, and lift regularly
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to work up to 8 hours on a forklift daily
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, climb and balance regularly
- Ability to work extended days, evenings, and Saturdays as needed
- Ability to drive during night hours or inclement weather
- Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height
- Must maintain compliance with all safety and company policies
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of general work experience
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum of two years driving history (excluding permits)
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push, or move tires up to 50 pounds
- Able to bend, twist, and lift frequently
- Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working up to 35 feet above ground level
- Comfortable operating a forklift for up to 8 hours per day
- Knowledge of traffic rules and safe driving practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with manifest, GPS, and navigation systems
- Ability to maintain forklift certification
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Load and unload tires from transport vehicles including trailer trucks, box trucks, and delivery vans
- Follow TireHub safety standards in selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks following safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control procedures
- Collect payments on Cash on Delivery transactions
- Ensure vehicles are clean and mechanically sound
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly
- Maintain driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly
- Comply with all TireHub policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training through in-class, in-person, or computer-based modules
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors or leadership
