Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a minimum of 2 years driving history
- Must be 19 years old or older
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and move tires up to 50lbs
- Ability to perform frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Must maintain a forklift certification
- Must maintain compliance with safety procedures
- Ability to work extended day, evening, and Saturday shifts
- Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height
- Willingness to work in various environments including non-climate-controlled warehouses
- Must be able to pass drug-free workplace requirements
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Valid driver's license with minimum 2 years driving history
- Must be 19 years or older
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and move tires up to 50lbs
- Capability for frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification or ability to maintain one
- Familiarity with Manifest, GPS, and navigation systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires to and from transport vehicles
- Follow safety standards for selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing orders
- Operate forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks safely
- Conduct and participate in inventory control procedures including cycle counts and labeling
- Collect payments from customers on Cash on Delivery transactions
- Ensure vehicles are clean and mechanically sound
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues
- Maintain driver and vehicle maintenance logs
- Ensure compliance with TireHub policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors
