Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- must have a minimum of 2 years driving history
- must be 19 years of age or older
- at least 1 year of general work experience
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to work in physically demanding environments
- capable of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, and balancing
- must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height
- must be able to maintain forklift certification
- must adhere to TireHub safety and operational policies
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- must have a valid driver’s license
- must have a minimum of 2 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license (excluding driver’s permit)
- must be 19 years or older
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to lift, pull, push and/or move tires up to 50 lbs with or without mechanical assistance
- capable of frequent bending, twisting and lifting
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ability to accurately and efficiently load, unload and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles
- ability to work up to 35 feet above ground level
- capacity to work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift
- familiarity with manifest, GPS, and navigation systems
- ability to maintain forklift certification and a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles
- follows TireHub safety standards with respect to selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders
- operates equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- conducts and participates in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of inventory control procedures
- collects payments from customers on Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions
- ensures vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical and physical condition
- conducts pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and reports any operational issues
- completes all necessary driver and vehicle maintenance logs
- ensures compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures
- participates in ongoing training through various learning modules
- completes other tasks assigned by supervisors or leadership
