Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain management
- Proficiency with ERP and TMS logistics software tools
- Familiarity with customs regulations and international freight documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems proactively
- Authorization to work in the U.S. Canada or Mexico
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management logistics business administration or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in logistics operations within North America including customs and international shipping processes
- Strong knowledge of ERP and TMS software systems
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly across stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and work in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Coordinate day-to-day inbound and outbound shipments across North America ensuring all movements are accurate on time and fully documented
- Manage logistics data in ERP and TMS systems to maintain visibility and reconcile inventory movements between hubs and local warehouses
- Prepare and validate shipping and customs documentation including Proforma Invoices Commercial Invoices and Dangerous Goods Declarations
- Collaborate with 3PLs carriers and internal teams to resolve delivery exceptions customs holds and operational issues quickly
- Support logistics projects and process improvements that enhance visibility automation and last-mile delivery performance
