Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP or logistics management systems
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to solve problems efficiently
- ability to work under pressure
- availability to work onsite in Kenosha, WI
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or logistics management systems
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Job Duties
- Coordinate and schedule shipments for inbound and outbound orders
- communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation
- track shipments and provide status updates to customers and stakeholders
- prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork
- resolve transportation and delivery issues promptly and professionally
- monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning
- analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
