Job Requirements
- must possess a valid cdl-a license
- able to pass background checks and drug screening
- able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- able to lift and carry heavy packages
- able to enter private consumer dwellings to complete deliveries
- must be at least 21 years of age
- must have a clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- valid cdl-a commercial driver’s license
- minimum of 1 year driving experience with a commercial vehicle preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to navigate local routes effectively
- knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- physical ability to handle deliveries including lifting and carrying packages
- good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently
- deliver merchandise to customer locations and private residences
- interact professionally with customers and the motoring public
- adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- participate in required safety training and orientation
