Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Valid Class C Driver's License or state(s) equivalent and must be insurable to drive by company standards
  • DOT Medical Certification
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • overnight travel may be required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in similar role or industry is a plus
  • Valid Class C Driver's License or state(s) equivalent and must be insurable to drive by company standards
  • DOT Medical Certification
  • Forklift certification (obtained after employment)
  • Commercial TIA certification preferred
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • overnight travel may be required
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to use road maps, smart phones, and GPS devices
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
  • Must be able to work in a results-oriented fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as close attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Operate up to a 26-foot truck and deliver commercial tires and wheels class 5 through 8, as well as other items to customers
  • Must maintain a safe and clean driving record
  • Responsible for executing client delivery schedules, proper loading and unloading, and obtaining signed paperwork
  • Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, and equipment inventory levels on a truck, as well as on person
  • Assist supervisor with planning routes to ensure that deliveries are completed in the most efficient manner
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the changes are correct, and the customer is satisfied
  • Effectively communicate any traffic violations, accidents, breakdowns, or delays in route to management and to customers
  • Accurately identify and enter tire casing information into electronic device using current Michelin mobile app, as well as properly barcode client's tires and wheels and provide an email or printed copy of tire pick-up upon completion of work order
  • When available, assist with the scrap out analysis process for Snider customers
  • Interact with Snider Fleet Solutions customers and personnel on a daily basis
  • Conduct pre and post trip inspections to ensure that all mechanical systems are operating properly
  • Follow all safety rules, wear proper PPE, and demonstrate safety conscious mindset
  • Demonstrate excellent attendance, show up to work on time and in the correct uniform
  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and values of Snider Fleet Solutions
