Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and transport a minimum of 65 pounds
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Must pass background check
  • Drug screening, when applicable
  • Ability to comply with respiratory protection and N95 mask fit testing policy including medical evaluation and annual recertification
  • Must maintain a clean-shaven face for N95 mask seal according to OSHA guidelines
  • Ability to drive company vehicle for majority of workday
  • Ability to respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call schedule
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Experience with medical equipment or home healthcare preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to interpret verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual communications
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with email, internet navigation, and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Mechanically inclined for equipment repair and troubleshooting
  • Ability to safely load, unload, and secure transported cargo according to company policy
  • Knowledge of home respiratory equipment and supplies

Job Duties

  • Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients' homes
  • Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety
  • Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time
  • Keep your assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service
  • Respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call rotations
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
