Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and transport a minimum of 65 pounds
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Must pass background check
- Drug screening, when applicable
- Ability to comply with respiratory protection and N95 mask fit testing policy including medical evaluation and annual recertification
- Must maintain a clean-shaven face for N95 mask seal according to OSHA guidelines
- Ability to drive company vehicle for majority of workday
- Ability to respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call schedule
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Experience with medical equipment or home healthcare preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Mechanically inclined for equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Ability to safely load, unload, and secure transported cargo according to company policy
- Knowledge of home respiratory equipment and supplies
Job Duties
- Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients' homes
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety
- Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time
- Keep your assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service
- Respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call rotations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
