Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
- ability to lift a minimum of 65 pounds
- strong customer service and communication skills
- willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
- ability to comply with company safety and protection policies such as mask fit testing
- ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- valid driver's license in state of residence
- experience with medical equipment preferred
- one year of related work experience preferred
- basic medical terminology knowledge preferred
- ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- effective English communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- multitasking and detail orientation
- self-motivation and organizational skills
- capability to work independently and collaboratively
- proficiency in computer and office equipment use
- mechanical aptitude for equipment repair
- physical capability for lifting and transporting equipment
- willingness to drive company vehicle for majority of workday

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- ability to lift and transport equipment (minimum 65 lbs)
- strong customer service and communication skills
- experience with medical equipment or home healthcare (preferred)
- basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
- accurately perform simple mathematical calculations
- effective oral and written communication in English
- interpret various forms of communication
- maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- multi-task with attention to detail
- self-motivated, organized, and good time-management skills
- work independently and as part of a team
- computer proficiency including email, internet navigation, and Microsoft Office applications
- mechanically inclined for repair and troubleshooting of equipment
- knowledge of proper loading, unloading, and cargo tie down procedures
- understanding of home respiratory equipment and supplies
Job Duties
- Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients' homes
- educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment
- maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety
- complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time
- keep assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service
- respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call rotations
- ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
