Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
- ability to lift and transport equipment minimum 65 pounds
- strong customer service skills
- valid driver's license in state of residence
- background investigation
- drug screen when applicable
- ability to work independently
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- willingness to participate in on-call rotations
- comply with Rotech Respiratory Protection and N95 Mask Fit Testing Policy
- clean-shaven face for mask seal per OSHA guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to lift and transport equipment weighing at least 65 pounds
- experience with medical equipment or home healthcare preferred
- basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- ability to accurately perform simple mathematical calculations
- effective communication in English, both oral and written
- ability to interpret verbal, non-verbal, written, listening, and visual communications
- maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- multitasking and attention to detail
- self-motivation, organization, time-management, and deductive problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- proficiency with email communication, internet navigation, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- mechanically inclined for equipment repair and troubleshooting
- knowledge of safe loading, unloading, and tie-down procedures
- understanding of home respiratory equipment and supplies
Job Duties
- Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients' homes
- educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment
- maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety
- complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time
- keep assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service
- respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call rotations
- ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
