Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing at least 65 pounds
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with medical equipment or home healthcare, preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, preferred
- Ability to accurately perform simple mathematical calculations
- Effective communication in English, both oral and written
- Ability to interpret verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual communications
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organized, and strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in email, internet navigation, and Microsoft Office applications
- Mechanical aptitude for equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Ability to safely load, unload and secure transported cargo
- Understanding of home respiratory equipment use
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 65 pounds
- Willingness to comply with respiratory protection and N95 mask fit testing policies including medical evaluation, annual recertification, and maintaining a clean-shaven face for mask seal per OSHA guidelines

- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organized, with strong time-management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in email communication, internet navigation, and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to repair and troubleshoot equipment
- Ability to demonstrate proper loading, unloading, and tie-down procedures according to company policy
- Familiarity with home respiratory equipment and supplies
Job Duties
- Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety
- Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time
- Keep assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service
- Respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call rotations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
