Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record when applicable
- background investigation
- drug screen when applicable
- ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- ability to sit, walk, stand, talk, and listen for extended periods
- close vision to read small print on computer, tablet, and paperwork
- compliance with respiratory protection and N95 mask fit testing policy including medical evaluation, fit testing, annual recertification, and maintaining a clean-shaven face as per OSHA guidelines
- ability to safely operate company vehicle
- willingness to contact patients and be exposed to contagious pathogens
- ability to perform physical demands of the job
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent

- experience with medical equipment preferred
- one year of related work experience preferred
- knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- ability to accurately perform simple mathematical calculations
- effective communication skills in English both oral and written
- ability to interpret various forms of communication
- maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- multi-task with attention to detail
- self-motivated, organized, and possess time-management and problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- proficiency in email communication and internet navigation
- familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- mechanically inclined for equipment repair and troubleshooting
- knowledge of safety procedures for loading and transporting cargo
- understanding of home respiratory equipment and supplies
Job Duties
- Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients' homes
- educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment
- maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety
- complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time
- keep assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service
- respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call rotations
- ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
