Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ability to lift and transport equipment weighing at least 65 pounds
- strong customer service and communication skills
- experience with medical equipment or home healthcare preferred
- basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- background investigation
- drug screening as applicable
- compliance with Rotech Respiratory Protection and N95 Mask Fit Testing Policy including medical evaluation, annual recertification, and maintaining a clean-shaven face
- ability to sit, walk, stand, talk, listen, and use close vision
- exposure to contagious pathogens
- able to drive company vehicle for most of workday
Job Qualifications

- ability to accurately perform simple mathematical calculations

- strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
- self-motivated, organized, and able to solve problems deductively
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- proficiency with email, internet research, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and office equipment
- mechanically inclined for equipment repair and troubleshooting
- ability to demonstrate proper loading, unloading, and cargo tie-down procedures
- understanding of home respiratory equipment and supplies
Job Duties
- Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients' homes
- educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment
- maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety
- complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time
- keep your assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service
- respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call rotations
- ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
