Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ability to lift and transport equipment weighing at least 65 pounds
- strong customer service and communication skills
- comply with background investigation and drug screening if applicable
- basic mechanical aptitude
- ability to follow safety protocols
- maintain face clean-shaven for N95 mask fit per OSHA guidelines
- ability to sit, walk, stand, talk, and listen as needed
- close vision for reading small print on devices and paperwork
- able to drive company vehicle for most of workday
Job Qualifications

- experience with medical equipment or home healthcare preferred
- basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- effective oral and written communication skills in English
- ability to interpret verbal, non-verbal, written, listening, and visual communications
- maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- multitasking with attention to detail
- self-motivated, organized, and with good time management and problem-solving skills
- able to work independently and as part of a team
- proficiency with email, internet research, and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- mechanically inclined for repair and troubleshooting of equipment
- knowledge of safe loading, unloading, and tie down procedures of transported cargo
- understanding of all applicable home respiratory equipment and supplies
Job Duties
- Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients' homes
- educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment
- maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety
- complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time
- keep your assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service
- respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call rotations
- ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
