Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and transport equipment (minimum 65 lbs)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with medical equipment or home healthcare preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Background investigation
- Drug screen when applicable
- Compliance with Rotech Respiratory Protection and N95 Mask Fit Testing Policy
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to operate office equipment and conduct internet research
- Mechanically inclined for equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Ability to follow loading, unloading, and cargo tie-down procedures
- Physical ability to sit, walk, stand, talk, listen, and lift required weight
- Willingness to engage with patients and handle medical equipment safely
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Drive local routes to deliver and set up medical equipment in patients' homes
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of respiratory and home medical equipment
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety
- Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports accurately and on time
- Keep assigned company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service
- Respond to urgent equipment needs and participate in on-call rotations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
