Job Requirements

  • recent completers of driving school programs are invited to apply
  • being a minimum of 21 years old is necessary
  • carry an up-to-date commercial driver’s license permit
  • aptitude for effective english language reading, writing, and communication
  • able to manage the transportation of items within the weight range of 40-60 pounds, with occasional tasks that involve objects weighing up to 100 pounds
  • preparedness to work beyond standard hours, weekends, and holidays as mandated by the role
  • being open to participating in a cdl-a training program, knowing that it involves spending time away from home

Job Duties

  • carefully transport goods in a tractor-trailer to deliver to customers on a specified route schedule while prioritizing safety measures
  • comprehend and adhere to safety protocols and procedures to secure the safety of yourself, your team, and the goods being delivered
  • forge positive connections with customers and familiarize yourself with their procedures to consistently fulfill their needs and meet their expectations
  • check the vehicle for any issues before setting out and after arriving to ensure safe operation
  • assist in the loading and unloading of goods as required, ensuring that the delivery process is completed accurately and promptly
  • maintain accurate delivery documentation, which includes invoices, receipts, and logs
