Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly with occasional heavier lifts using equipment
  • Skill to operate heavy equipment including delivery vehicles forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Basic math skills including addition subtraction multiplication and division
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Safety first mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Skill to operate delivery vehicles forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Six months of warehouse experience preferably in a wholesale environment preferred
  • Experience with computer or barcode driven inventory management systems preferred
  • Forklift operation experience or certification preferred
  • Strong problem solving multitasking and communication skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Select products from inventory to fulfill customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Receive inspect process and store incoming shipments verifying accuracy and noting discrepancies
  • Operate delivery vehicles transporting items complying with safety protocols and maintaining clean driving record
  • Prepare pack and stage products for inter store transfers customer pick ups and deliveries ensuring packaging meets standards
  • Operate forklifts pallet jacks hand trucks and other warehouse equipment safely performing safety checks and reporting maintenance needs
  • Verify vendor and stock numbers for incoming products determining proper storage locations
  • Greet customers professionally assist with loading purchases handle inquiries on product availability order status and store policies
  • Support sales counter by answering phones assisting walk in customers and helping during busy periods
  • Inspect shipments for damage or shortages document issues and initiate freight claims as needed
