Job Requirements
- Valid Class A driver’s license
- Valid medical examiner’s card
- Hazmat and airbrake certifications or ability to acquire
- One year of prior Class A professional driving experience within the last five years
- Clean driving record with no more than two convictions or limited at-fault accidents
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Touch freight delivery experience preferred
Job Qualifications

- At least one year of prior Class A professional driving experience within the last five years

- Ability to maintain load manifests and vehicle safety compliance
- Effective communication skills for customer relations
- Ability to work occasional warehouse or dock duties
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Touch freight delivery experience preferred
Job Duties
- Operate Class A Hazmat vehicle to deliver compressed and liquid gas cylinders and hardgoods to customer locations
- Collect empty cylinders from customers and return them to plant or branch for refilling
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections ensuring safety and compliance
- Maintain load manifests and vehicle documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Airgas safety standards and government regulations
- Establish and maintain good customer relations by addressing inquiries and communicating changes to management or sales associates
- Work in warehouse or on dock as needed
- Present a professional appearance and maintain vehicle condition
