Job Requirements

  • 21 years or older
  • Valid U.S. CDL A with non-excepted interstate status
  • Pass the required drug test and physical capabilities test if applicable
  • Pass DOT physical and DOT road test
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Willingness and ability to meet physical demands of the job
  • Reliable and predictable attendance

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with delivery driving
  • Experience with customer service
  • Experience driving and backing vehicles
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to operate trucks requiring a valid U.S. CDL license
  • Experience merchandising products
  • Experience operating equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks

Job Duties

  • Deliver Pepsi products to each customer location including large and small format
  • Lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20-45 pounds at each stop
  • Connect with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Use industry-leading technology and tools to service customers
  • Rotate and stock Pepsi products on store shelves, displays, and in coolers
  • Deliver products and execute all promotions
  • Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift
  • Merchandise all accounts to local standards
  • Follow DOT regulations
  • Establish positive working relationships with primary contacts at each account
  • Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
