Job Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Valid U.S. CDL A with non-excepted interstate status
- Pass the required drug test and physical capabilities test if applicable
- Pass DOT physical and DOT road test
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness and ability to meet physical demands of the job
- Reliable and predictable attendance
Job Qualifications
- Experience with delivery driving
- Experience with customer service
- Experience driving and backing vehicles
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to operate trucks requiring a valid U.S. CDL license
- Experience merchandising products
- Experience operating equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
Job Duties
- Deliver Pepsi products to each customer location including large and small format
- Lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20-45 pounds at each stop
- Connect with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Use industry-leading technology and tools to service customers
- Rotate and stock Pepsi products on store shelves, displays, and in coolers
- Deliver products and execute all promotions
- Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift
- Merchandise all accounts to local standards
- Follow DOT regulations
- Establish positive working relationships with primary contacts at each account
- Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
