Job Requirements
- 21 years or older
- valid U.S. CDL with non-excepted interstate status if applicable
- pass the required drug test and physical capabilities test if applicable
- pass DOT physical and DOT road test
- ability to communicate effectively in English

- pass DOT physical and DOT road test
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- experience operating trucks requiring a valid U.S. CDL license including driving forwards driving backwards and maneuvering in tight spaces
- experience merchandising products such as filling shelves building displays rotating product cleaning shelves and eliminating out of stocks and out of date products
- experience operating equipment such as pallet jacks hand trucks and breakdowns
Job Duties
- deliver Pepsi products to each customer location a combination of large and small format
- lift load push and pull cases ranging from 20-45 lbs per case at each stop
- connect with the customer to ensure their needs are met
- use industry-leading technology and tools to service the customer
- rotate and stock Pepsi products on store shelves displays and in coolers
- deliver products and execute all promotions
- service all scheduled customers by the end of shift
- merchandise all accounts to local standards
- follow DOT regulations
- establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account
- maintain regular reliable and predictable attendance
