Job Requirements

  • 21 years or older
  • valid U.S. CDL with non-excepted interstate status if applicable
  • pass the required drug test and physical capabilities test if applicable
  • pass DOT physical and DOT road test
  • ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years or older
  • valid U.S. CDL with non-excepted interstate status if applicable
  • pass the required drug test and physical capabilities test if applicable
  • pass DOT physical and DOT road test
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • experience operating trucks requiring a valid U.S. CDL license including driving forwards driving backwards and maneuvering in tight spaces
  • experience merchandising products such as filling shelves building displays rotating product cleaning shelves and eliminating out of stocks and out of date products
  • experience operating equipment such as pallet jacks hand trucks and breakdowns

Job Duties

  • deliver Pepsi products to each customer location a combination of large and small format
  • lift load push and pull cases ranging from 20-45 lbs per case at each stop
  • connect with the customer to ensure their needs are met
  • use industry-leading technology and tools to service the customer
  • rotate and stock Pepsi products on store shelves displays and in coolers
  • deliver products and execute all promotions
  • service all scheduled customers by the end of shift
  • merchandise all accounts to local standards
  • follow DOT regulations
  • establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account
  • maintain regular reliable and predictable attendance
