Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid U.S. CDL with non-excepted interstate status if applicable
  • Pass required drug test and physical capabilities test if applicable
  • Pass DOT physical and DOT road test
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Reliable and predictable attendance
  • Compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies

Job Qualifications

  • Valid U.S. CDL license with non-excepted interstate status if applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Experience operating trucks requiring a CDL license
  • Experience merchandising products including filling shelves, building displays, rotating stock, and eliminating out-of-date products
  • Experience operating equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns

Job Duties

  • Deliver Pepsi products to each customer location including large and small formats
  • Lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20-45 lbs at each stop
  • Connect with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Use industry-leading technology and tools to service customers
  • Rotate and stock Pepsi products on store shelves, displays, and in coolers
  • Execute all promotions and service scheduled customers by end of shift
  • Follow Department of Transportation regulations
  • Establish positive working relationships with primary contacts at each account
  • Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
