Job Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Have at least a Class B CDL with 1 year experience within the last 4 years
- Graduated from an accredited truck driving school with diploma counts as 1 year experience
- Driving experience in the military with a CDL counts as experience
- No preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 minor tickets in the last 3 years
- No serious violation tickets in the last 3 years
- No suspensions of CDL in the last 3 years except for Failure to pay child support
- No DUI in the last 7 years

- Preferred forklift certification
- Preferred pallet jack certification
Job Duties
- Operate a Class B vehicle to deliver dry ice to customers' locations
- Issue or obtain customer signatures for pickups or deliveries
- Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
- Perform pre and post trip inspections on truck according to DOT and company maintenance checklist
- Keep the inside of the truck clean
- Secure cargo prior to and during transit
- Maintain accurate driving log information and data
- Comply with company policies, safety policies and procedures, and DOT and OSHA requirements
- Collect empty dry ice boxes for return to plant or branch
- Provide customer service and report feedback to Branch Manager
