Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED
  • authorized to work in the United States
  • valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with hazmat, tanker, and twin trailer endorsements
  • at least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
  • no DUI, DWI, or license suspension for moving violations within the past 3 years
  • no chargeable accidents or serious traffic violations within the past 6 months
  • ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
  • willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions
  • read, write, communicate and comprehend the English language

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 21 years of age

  • proven track record of safe driving and on-time deliveries
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • experience using electronic logging devices or other driver technology systems

Job Duties

  • Drive tractor trailers to deliver and pick up customer freight
  • sort, handle, load, and unload freight at various company and customer locations
  • plan routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
  • follow established pre-trip, post-trip, freight handling, and billing procedures
  • conduct inspections by following established safety and quality control procedures
  • retain and maintain records, forms, and load-related paperwork
  • serve as the first point-of-contact for delivery-related issues
