Job Requirements
- Valid CDL-A and 3 plus months of current experience required
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen
- Professional driving attitude and commitment to safety
- Ready to join a growing operation with massive potential
- This lane is not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 3 months current driving experience
- Ability to operate automatic transmission trucks
- Knowledge of no-touch refrigerated freight handling
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
- Ability to follow detailed route schedules
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Operate new 2025-model trucks with automatic transmissions
- Deliver refrigerated loads on consistent and predictable routes
- Load and unload freight using a combination of live unloads and drop-and-hook methods
- Maintain on-time deliveries with safe driving practices
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and support staff
- Adhere to all DOT safety and regulatory requirements
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
