Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- must submit to a pre-employment drug screen
- valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- ability to lift, push, or move freight weighing 40-60 pounds on average and up to 100 pounds
- flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays
- dependable and safety conscious
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license
- clean driving record
- ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- minimum of 21 years of age
- customer delivery experience preferred
- experience using hand carts or hand trucks preferred
- food and beverage industry experience preferred
- consistent work history of at least 2 years preferred
Job Duties
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer on local routes
- manually unload and deliver various food products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies
- build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- follow assigned route schedules and delivery procedures
- handle freight that may weigh up to 100 pounds
- ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- communicate effectively with team members and customers
