Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with hazmat and airbrake endorsements or ability to obtain hazmat within 60 days
- Maintain appropriate driver's license, medical card, and endorsements
- No more than two traffic convictions or two at-fault accidents in the last three years or a combination of one traffic conviction and one at-fault accident
- No driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances in the last seven years
- Ability to work in a drug-free environment
- Be able to regularly lift 75 lbs and move more than 125 lbs with material handling equipment
- Minimum one year of CDL driving experience in the last five years or proof of trucking school completion in the last 12 months
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with hazmat and airbrake endorsements or ability to obtain hazmat within 60 days
- One year of CDL driving experience within the last five years or recent trucking school completion certificate
- Ability to maintain appropriate driver's license, medical card, and endorsements
- Adherence to safety and drug-free workplace policies
- Physical capability to lift 75 lbs regularly and move more than 125 lbs with equipment
- Clean driving record with no more than two traffic violations or two at-fault accidents in the last three years
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain customer service standards
Job Duties
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Load and unload trucks daily with gas cylinders and supplies
- Maintain courteous and professional business relationships with customers
- Make timely deliveries on scheduled routes
- Safely strap and unstrap gas cylinders for transport
- Deliver goods on customer sites using hand carts
- Frequently exit vehicle to assist with deliveries and material handling
