Job Duties
- Greet all guests and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Provide clear directions to reception, restaurants, elevators, meeting rooms, and other hotel facilities
- Assist with wayfinding and answer general questions about the hotel and surrounding area
- Maintain an active presence in the lobby, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and organized environment
- Support front office operations by coordinating with concierge, bell staff, and security when necessary
- Recognize VIPs and loyal guests, offering personalized greetings
- Monitor lobby traffic and communicate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth guest flow
- Assist with crowd control during peak periods, events, or large group arrivals
- Maintain professional appearance and follow hotel grooming standards at all times
