Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant household experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work 5-6 days per week including weekends
- Local candidate
- Ability to pass background checks
- Physically fit for manual tasks
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a butler or houseman
- Strong driving skills with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexibly including weekends

Job Duties
- Greet incoming guests and carry luggage
- Drive guests to and from the airport and other destinations
- Maintain family cars including cleaning and fueling
- Walk the outside property daily and report issues
- Clean outside gutters and sweep steps
- Break down boxes and manage trash removal
- Assist with parties and attend to guests
