Job Requirements
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
- Great team player
- Ability to multitask
- Passionate about great food
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
- Capability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds multiple times per shift
- Willingness to work in environments with smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen desired
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for cooking and food quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Prepare made-from-scratch food with attention to detail and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
- Hand carve and grind beef and bison daily according to standards
- Display culinary skills and engage with Guests in the display kitchen environment
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
