Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Great team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passionate about great food
  • Ability to stand for entire shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds multiple times per shift
  • Willingness to work in environments with smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen desired
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Passion for cooking and food quality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food with attention to detail and quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
  • Hand carve and grind beef and bison daily according to standards
  • Display culinary skills and engage with Guests in the display kitchen environment
  • Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
